這樣廿十元的豐富早餐，相信只有香港才有，亦相信只有香港的茶餐廳才能勝任。

我叫它「早晨全餐」，因為它包括A + B + C的三個部份。雖然大家一定食過，但還是想一一羅列。
 A是一個熱的粉麵，又分甲乙兩部份，甲是火腿/叉燒/沙爹牛肉/五香肉丁/榨菜肉絲/雪菜肉絲..，乙是通粉/意粉/米粉/麵(再分大江麵/ 加二蚊的出前一丁)….配搭之多，真的要停下來想一想，因為這部份會直接影響飽肚指數。觀察之中，男子很喜歡沙爹牛肉麵；要數最神奇的配搭，應該是中西合壁的叉燒湯意，一個外國朋友口中的“amazing, the soup Linguine is amazing~”
 B是一碟西式的主菜，麵包、餐包或烘多士，反蛋、太陽蛋、又或是炒蛋；再挑腸仔、火腿，定餐肉。來到你的面前，你又會想一想，直接把蛋放入口，或是把餐肉蛋夾在那份麵包內。大部份被報紙蓋住頭的男子，他們會把所有東西倒進湯麵入，然後在5分鐘內大舉消滅。 
C是飲品，熱飲最少有9款，不計最冷門的滾水蛋、和加３蚊的特式熱柚子蜜和蔘蜜。個人最喜歡茶走（練奶熱奶茶）和壺奶茶（舊茶餐廳才有，是2個茶包在不銹綱茶壺內泡、另附上一層淡奶的玻璃杯，可以自己DIY決定茶的濃淡）。
 每次，茶餐廳的大姐大叔都仔細問A B和C的詳情、快速寫下不同要求。單是一家四口，已經有四款不同的ABC餐，但他們每次也能準確無誤把我們的早晨A BC全餐放在桌上，甚至那個客人的面前。　想一想，一般早場只有一兩位侍應，每人最少負責5張枱，要快而準，不是一門才藝嗎！特別是兩個高峰時期，上班前半小時和11點前的半小時，在廚房、鋪面、食客的胃內是如何刺激的場面。  
朋友說，近兩年早晨全餐偷偷加5亳、1蚊，然後由18蚊加到20-21蚊的情況。我想了想，不介意吧，一般侍應月入才六、七千，時薪廿十元，一日企十小時。沒有他們，豐富的早餐又怎會在我面前呢!
