routine = boring ?

Menu A – fruit + multi-grain bread or toast (if store more than 2 days) + hot drinkMenu B – fruit + cereal or oatmeal + soy milkMenu C – fruit + muffin + hot drink Menu D – fruit + Cafe Coral Chinese fried noodle + milk teaBreakfast combo is more or less the same … I think I am healthily boring … the fact is, only breakfast I can really enjoy and fuel up for the day. Once I am on the mat, other meal time become vary and unstable. Sometime my lunch fall on late afternoon and dinner time at 11pm! Not quite a healthy lifestyle that I am after … !

I think my digestive fire work super well. Often time I need 2 breakfast if not 3. Hehee ..This morning before yoga practice, I have big bowl of mixed fruit – blueberry + banana + grapefruit. After practice, I enjoy the 2nd round of multi grain bread withpeanut butter. Cereal + black bean soy milk.

Dragon fruit, a piece of multi-grain bread with strawberry spread. Big glass of Horlicks. A mix of childhood memory, particular the Horlicks drink. It’s blessings to start the day quietly at home.

Fruit is the leading role in my breakfast menu. Carb always plays the
supporting role. Tea or any hot drink makes the total package. This
morning I have orange, muffin and Pu'er. Breakfast home is the joyous
thing to start the day.
